Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call: the symptom you pick, whether smoke, flames, water, a shock or the whole house is involved, whether you rent, the job type, quantity, square footage, city cost tier, emergency and after-hours flags, hourly rate and service fee you were quoted, the quotes you already have (company name, price, whether a license, insurance, warranty, permit and a written quote were stated, rating, review count and ETA), whether the job is a new location, owner-occupied or DIY, outage scope, whether neighbours are out, hours without power, freezer, generator and medical-device flags, outdoor temperature, breaker status, home type and age, your first name, an optional city name, access window, extra questions and an optional phone number; and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, GPS location, account numbers or health details beyond a yes/no medical-device flag that only reorders the checklist. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to electricians, utilities, landlords, licensing boards or building departments. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; name, city, access window and phone are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
